The purpose of this introductory course, which evolves from our former cornerstone courses, is to offer a substantial experience of The Alcyon Center as a place of silence for the inner work of body, soul, and spirit. Each morning will introduce a foundational practice of our programs. Each evening will be given to the communal reflections of the group on Alcyon practices and programs.
