Cornerstone Alcyon Experience

June 7-9, 2024 or October 4-6, 2024

This introductory course, which evolves from our former cornerstone courses, offers a substantial experience of The Alcyon Center as a place of silence for the inner work of body, soul, and spirit. Each session will introduce a foundational practice of our programs. Time will also be given for a discussion of Alcyon practices and programs.
