Typically held the first Friday of each month from 9 am – 12 pm with soup and bread following 12-1pm. Please see our online Calendar for the most up-to-date scheduling.
Quiet Day at the Center is an invitation to spend a 3-hour block of the morning and/or afternoon in silence in community. Quiet Day guests begin each session together with a poem and 20 minutes of silence, then spend the rest of the time in silence wherever they choose. At noon we come together for soup and bread and conversation in response to Simone Weil's question: "How is it with your soul?'.
