Please fill out the Registration Form at least ten days prior to the retreat. Most retreats have accommodations for 6-8 people so please reserve early. Send Form with one-half the total donation made payable to The Alcyon Center (includes non-refundable deposit of $100 for retreats and intensives and $25 for workshops). Check, cash, or money order are welcome. We do not accept credit cards at this time. The balance is due upon arrival.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Participation in retreats can be cancelled up to 10 days prior to program start date; donation will be refunded minus $25 for a Weekend Workshop, and $100 for a Retreat. Full refunds will be provided for any program cancellations. Please contact us if your cancellation is due to serious illness or family death.

Tuition and Retreat Financial Assistance

Our suggested donations (for tuition and overnight stays) reflect our costs to maintain and develop The Alcyon Center. If you desire to be part of our Retreats, Workshops and Intensives or Life at the Center and have financial limitations, please write or call about our student and work programs and alternative donations. We will work with you to find a way.

Tuition

Per event, for retreats and events which involve teaching or facilitating by invited teachers or by Joan and Kathryn.

When we suggest a sliding scale, the higher donation allows us to prepare for more programs of this kind.

Board

$35 per day per person for day participants in events and retreats

(drinks and snacks $5, breakfast $5, lunch $10 and dinner $15)

Room

Main House and Cabin

Single Room: $70 per person per night

Double or Triple Room: $50 per person per night

Includes full shared bath and towels, full bedding.

Rustic Lodging

Hummingbird House and Crow's Nest (Boat House): $25 per person per night

Beds are fully made. Towels provided, for inside bath.

Gazebo and Tenting

$15 per night per person

Bring your sleeping bag and pillow. Towels provided. Use bathroom in cabin or main house.
