Registration Information

To Register

Please fill out the Retreat Registration Form at least ten days prior to the retreat. Most retreats have accommodations for 6-8 people so please reserve early. Send Form with one-half the total donation made payable to The Alcyon Center (includes non-refundable deposit of $100 for retreats and intensives and $25 for workshops). Check, cash, or money order are welcome. We do not accept credit cards at this time. The balance is due upon arrival.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Participation in retreats can be cancelled up to 10 days prior to program start date; donation will be refunded minus $25 for a Weekend Workshop, and $100 for a Retreat. Full refunds will be provided for any program cancellations. Please contact us if your cancellation is due to serious illness or family death.

Tuition and Retreat Financial Assistance

Our suggested donations (for tuition and overnight stays) reflect our costs to maintain and develop The Alcyon Center. If you desire to be part of our Retreats, Workshops and Intensives or Life at the Center and have financial limitations, please write or call about our student and work programs and alternative donations. We will work with you to find a way.
